my elderly dad has health problems and has to go a lot .I was buying a pen and my step dad came in had to go to the restroom and they told him no because people steal and I’m thinking maybe watch your costumers better and then another time I called 9 times no answer so my mom called later but she forgot to ask another thing so tried calling back and they took the phone off the hook because for 20 mins it stayed busy noice and we go there twice a week spend good money in there
