I used SFD for 2nd time. He got rid of squeaks and dips in the living room, bedroom & hallway floor of a 1932 upstairs duplex unit.
Floor now perfectly level & quiet. You will be happy with the result.

Richard fixed the floor of the bathroom of a 1913 house I was remodeling. Bathroom floor had tilts from 2 directions, had a hump and spongy in the toilet and shower areas.
He leveled it, got rid of the tilts and spongy spots. It is now rock solid and flat as a billiard table. The tile guys said it is rare to have a floor so level.
