We're semi annual visitors to Grand Villas. Since we met the staff at Orlando PIzza it's definitely tilted the scale when we could stay at other properties. It's sooooo nice to come back from a long day at the parks to be able to sit down to a cold drink! I really appreciate the level of customer service - just enough attention but not too much. The Happy Hour prices are great too!

We love it here!! Great service from Zack and the Bahama Rum Punch is delicious. We have come here many times and the bartenders always remember us. We will be back again .

Friendly quiet bar area. We have visited 4 times in the past 2 1/2 years and it’s always nice to see a familiar face. The bartenders are fantastic Zak and Marween are top notch in service and more than happy to help you in anyway they can. These guys are one of the reasons we keep coming back!!!

Excellent service! We return to Grande Villa twice a year and Zak is one of the main reasons. He remembers us every time. He is particularly accommodating and welcoming to our daughter with disabilities.

Zak was super friendly, makes an amazing Mudslide!! Food at the deli is delicious!!! Waiting out a tornado warning at the bar! Zak was reassuring and kept the mudslides coming!!
