The ABCs of Superplaces
A- Accessibility. It is our mission to create an overall simple and effective experience.
B- Businesses. We understand that running a business is time consuming. The best way to understand what your business needs is by first-hand experiences and reviews from customers.
C- Customers. What is a business without customers? Customers are equally important- patrons communicating with other patrons about a business is not only helpful for the business, but helpful for future customers.
Locations
Every business will have their location (address, contact, etc.) listed on their profile. This is so that the customer knows where to locate the business or contact the business if they have any questions.
Ratings
Ratings are as important to the business’s overall report as the reviews. Ratings are one of the first things customers will see when visiting your business’ profile and are taken when customers review the business.
Reviews
Reviews are an important feature for both the customers and businesses. Please only review a business that you have first-hand experience with. Please do not post any second-hand reviews – they are not helpful for the business or the other patrons.
Searching
Superplaces makes sure that your search is easy and effective. Simply visit our main page on superplaces.com then type in what you are looking for and your city and state. There will also be options to narrow down your search one you have clicked “FIND.”
MyAccount Page
MyAccount Page is where businesses and customers can view their account settings, previous reviews, profile settings, and setting on all other services pertaining to your account. If you are having trouble accessing this feature (password and username, profile creation, etc.), please call (888-888-8888) for assistance.
Photos and Videos
Photos and videos are a great way to boost your business’ online profile. Please follow all media copyright laws, which are further explained in Superplaces Terms of Service.
