The shipping company damaged my merchandise while in transit. Luckily it was insured. I could not file the claim, it had to be done by Wrapped & Sent. Andrew kept after them until the claim was finally settled 10 days short of six months. Without Andrew at W&S I would have been out of luck. He went above and beyond what I expected. Highly, highly recommended!!!
