Ms. Arlene is a professional and an artist. My doggie had lost her groomer and she is quite a handful. Ms. Arlene was able to groom her in an impressive and beautiful way. Thank you Ms. Arlene for making my spolied cranky poodle feel at home and in caring hands. What a fantastic professional.I highly revommend her.
I was referred by a family member they stood by their service but the woman taking the appointment was very rude because I was asking about co pay amount and talk real arrogant and rude to me I said I don’t like the way you are talking to me so I am going to cancel my appointment, this would have been my first visit , when I said that she hung the phone up in my face without even saying anything else. They just lost a customer because of rudeness.
I stopped here on my way North and not only was I greeted with a welcoming smile, but I was happy to find everything I wanted and be helped by the owner with directions for my travels. A blessed resource supporting the local community! I hope more stores identify this faithful nature of good customer service, a real gem!
