Having mixed feelings about their service. Mike & employees were kind, shared pizza w/ my son, transmission scan & oil change less than 20 min, but 3 days later, my car is leaking. It wasn't leaking before Carter's. Had no trouble with my car. Went to redeem Groupon before it expired. Concerned for safety of my son and I. Friendly people, but don't know whether or not I can trust this company?

I can't say enough about Mike, his son and everyone at Carter's. I was headed to work on Christmas Eve day and started having trouble with my 2007 Tahoe. I couldn't believe Mike was open. Not only did he wait for me, diagnose the problem (cracked flywheel on motor), but he then told me he would fix it before going home! On Christmas Eve! He even had Tommy, at his shop, give me a ride home and pick me up when it was finished. Thank you Mike. Best Christmas present I received this year for sure.

Mike was awesome and very friendly. Had my transmission serviced and fluid changed, great service.
