This crew delivers an honest approach to dealing w costumers, and there anxiety about car care professionals! Had them inspect engine lights and two separate vehicles, and another overheating problem unrelated after I had another service completed, free of charge trying to make sure my son was safe heading off to college! Well done!

Great people here. The staff that took my appointment was really nice. The mechanics were able to fix my vehicle quickly and were affordable. They were able to accommodate and be flexible with my schedule after hours. Great experience.

Branden and his mechanics at Sumner are the very best you’ll find! They have now worked on all of the last 4 vehicles I’ve owned and fixed them right the first time. The thing that keeps me coming back is that they are honest and respectful. Branden will call ahead with a full estimate and scope of work to be done prior to starting the job. Very knowledgeable and just can’t say enough good things about them!

These guys are great!!! I had plans with my pickup and the part wasn’t supposed to be in for over a day. Due to extended warranty issues. Branden went over and above to get my truck out for me so I could take care of what I needed to do!...thanks guys! ******HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SUMNER AUTOMOTIVE WITHOUT A DOUBT*****

I’ve had my vehicles in and out of shops pretty regularly for the past couple years, and it’s always a stressful ordeal. Going to Sumner Automotive has completely changed that for me. Everything about this company is excellent, from the customer service to the timely, detail oriented work that they do underneath the hood. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Brandon and his staff. These guys have my highest recommendation for all things automotive. They’re professional, courteous, timely and knowledgeable, and they’ll have my business forever.
